Signs you’re not operating at your best

It’s easy to continue powering on through, even when things feel a bit sh!t. But the truth is, you don’t have to. And everything gets better with that interference removed.

Here’s what I know we love:

  • Creating
  • Forward momentum
  • Flow
  • Connection – real connection
  • Having a positive impact
  • Space to breathe
  • Feeling grounded, solid

Here’s what I know sucks us in, and down:

  • Interference

Here’s a few of the symptoms of interference?

  • Managing, in the weeds, moving chess pieces around
  • Going round in circles, or getting knocked back
  • Can’t let it go
  • Emotional distance or disconnection
  • No visibility of a compelling future, or glimpses that keep getting lost
  • Overloading volume, inability to switch off
  • Feeling off balance, overwhelmed

Here’s what it’s like absent of interference:

  • Creating
  • Forward momentum
  • Connection – real connection
  • Having a positive impact
  • Space to breathe
  • Feeling grounded, solid

If that’s how you want to feel, do whatever it takes to create your leadership in alignment with that.

We need great leadership.
