Any remaining interference is removed, and the steadiness you wanted is confirmed.

What we call burnout is in fact depleted energy caused by internal interference.
The longer the interference remains, the more likely a person will go into what’s classified as ‘burnout’.
Once the interference is removed, energy returns with increased clarity, decisiveness and grounded-ness.
Any choices clients make to reduce workload or set boundaries are then done from that grounded clarity and simplicity.
These are often the kind of workload changes or boundaries clients logically knew were needed before the Leadership Reset – but the interference prevented them from taking action.
That’s why, the common pattern with the leaders I see, is they arrive saying “I know what to do intellectually, but I can’t do it.”

This is a simple, direct process.
We work with what I refer to as Level 1 data — the immediate thoughts, feelings, and behaviours present in a situation. This is the interference.
There is no extrapolation, interpretation, or story-telling about that data.
No analysis of meaning.
No reframing.

Before conclusions are drawn, there are just the raw numbers on the page.
In this work, we stay with the equivalent of those raw numbers.
From there, we rely on the natural capacities of being human — your internal operating system — to remove the interference directly.
My role is to hold the structure, understand how that operating system functions, and facilitate the process with precision.
Your role is simply to follow my lead in the session.
