From frantic, hectic, and stressed to spacious, calm and clear.
If you’re a high achiever, you might have noticed that as soon as you ‘block time in the calendar’ to keep space for you – it’s almost instantly crashed by something else.
Either you crash it all by yourself. Or you bend for that person. Adjust for that project. Say ‘just this once’ I’ll sacrifice my time for this.
And then a few months later you take your next holiday and realise you achieved zero of those ‘me time’ blocks.
You vow to protect your time when you get back into work…
So here we are – a couple of months back since summer holidays….

=> And she feels genuine gratitude rise up. Not because she should because that’s what personal development books say. It’s just naturally there.
