No. As for your Foundations (and any other sessions you’ve had) the work is done in the session. No integration habits or practices required.
The work is done, do what feels right to you, and go live your life. Enjoying all the places where you experience more lightness, ease and enjoyment.
I always thought I was pretty good at Getting Stuff Done, so I probably wouldn’t have opted for these sessions if they hadn’t been part of my training to become a practitioner.
However, once I’d experienced this process, I realised so many places where I’d been inadvertently slowing myself down, getting in my own way – making things more complicated than they needed to be, and where I was unable to stop and simply rest.
I stopped being such a perfectionist – I still value high quality work and do a high quality job – but I’m not holding myself to ridiculously high standards anymore.
Another surprise bonus was seeing the importance of stopping or completing something – either when it’s done. Or when it’s simply not working. And rather than letting it run like an open-tab in the background, I explicitly end it.
Everything is included, but not everything belongs in your human system. For example you don’t keep the plaque on your teeth. You don’t keep the poop in your gut. And you don’t eat poisonous foods. Yet plaque, poop and poison are all included in the whole.
