- Throughout the site, the terms “I”, “me”, “we”, “us” and “our” refers to Wild Fig Solutions Limited. “You” refers to you – the client, potential client, browser, vendor, merchant, and / or contributor of content. “The process” or “this process” refers to the Mace Energy Method process. “Service” refers to any product or service provided by Wild Fig Solutions Limited.
- By visiting wildfigsolutions.co.uk (“the website”) and / or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” or “Services” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and / or contributors of content.
- Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using the website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service. Any new features or tools which are added to the current store shall also be subject to the Terms of Service. You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Section 1 – General Conditions
- We reserve the right to refuse Service to anyone for any reason at any time.
- You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
- You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the Service is provided, without express written permission by us.
- The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.
Section 2 – Online Store Terms
- By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state, province or country of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state, province or country of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
- You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws). You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature. A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in immediate termination of your Services.
Section 3 – Terms For All Products and Services
These Terms of Service apply to all Services unless superseded as detailed within that specific Service’s terms below.
- The purpose of the Mace Energy Method is to delete negative reactivity out of your life so that you feel back in control of your life and dreams. This means you get to experience positive shifts and changes in your life. Sometimes clients want to pay bonus money for the change they’ve experienced. If this is you, payment can be made directly here.
- After your Foundations sessions, previously-hidden negativity can become apparent. If you need further sessions, this is simply because the previously-hidden negativity is now available for discreating.
- Cancellations and reschedules within 48 hours are charged at full rate. Pro-rata if part of a bigger programme.
- I will provide you with the relevant links to pay for and reschedule these sessions.
- Non-attendance is charged at full rate. Pro-rata if part of a bigger programme.
- Based on your situation and circumstances, we’ll discuss how or if we move forward in working together.
- If I can’t attend a session due to an unforeseen emergency I will reschedule the session at the earliest opportunity.
- When purchasing sessions you have a defined period of time within which to use those sessions. Details are provided in your confirmation email. You are responsible for managing the booking of your sessions within that period of time. I will not chase you or follow up with you on this. It is entirely your responsibility. Sessions that remain un-used after that time will be forfeited.
- If the Mace Energy Method process doesn’t work for you within the first 30 minutes of the session (either because we can’t solve any practical problems you have with it, or because you don’t like it), we stop, and I provide a refund minus admin fees.
- If your Foundations programme doesn’t solve the one or two biggest problems you came with, you will be offered a further session to check back, and to deal with any remaining negativity. If you are still not satisfied, or if you don’t want this extra session, I will provide a no-quibble, full refund.
- The Mace Energy Method process requires your full attention and engagement.
- By signing up for this Service you agree to play your part, while I play mine, and the process plays its part. It’s only when these three come together that you get the results you’re paying for.
- I give you everything you need during the session to enable you to play your part. But you must play your part.
- I reserve the right to end the session if you aren’t fully engaging or playing your part. No refunds.
- I reserve the right to end the session if you appear to be under the influence of any medication, drugs or alcohol. No refunds.
- During our work together I will be honest with you – on the basis that honesty leads to better outcomes. It is your responsibility to be honest with me – about your experience, about the process, or about me. When you’re honest I can help you the most effectively.
- During our work together all personal information is kept confidential (anonymised stories may be used for marketing purposes). The Mace Energy Method is a non-disclosure method but anything that is shared during the sessions will remain confidential information. Exceptions to this are issues which affect the safety and wellbeing of yourself or others, or disclosures of criminal or illegal issues. In such cases, information will be shared with relevant professionals.

Section 4 – Terms For Private Messaging Support
- The overall purpose of messaging support is to: (1) Recognise, celebrate and anchor in your post-Mace Energy Method shifts. (2) Conduct experiments to test your new-found freedoms. (3) Develop your discernment between the real you and negativity. Develop your ability to amplify the real you. (4) Recognise and open your awareness to areas where negativity is limiting your experience. (5) Where relevant: discuss options to resolve that negativity with the Mace Energy Method.
- The days for your Amplification Messaging will be agreed together on booking. Check your confirmation email for specific details for your programme.
- You receive one day of messaging per week (Monday to Friday).
- We’ll agree which day of the week together at the start.
- You can message at any time on that day. I’ll respond during the UK daytime of your day.
- You are welcome to message outside of your message day because it can help you to process ‘out loud’. When it comes to your official message day, start from where you are now. Messages outside of your day won’t be responded to (unless about practical or technical matters relating to the programme).
- If you’re unable to use one of your messaging days due to other commitments:
- When you give 48 hours notice or more – we’ll look for an alternative day to reschedule to.
- With less than 48 hours notice, or in the event we can’t find an alternative day to reschedule to, that week’s messaging is forfeited.
- Keep your messages focused and succinct. If you need to ‘ramble’ to make sense of, or process, something – do that in advance, for yourself (out loud or on paper) so that you come to your messages with a level of clarity about what’s happening, including a clear request, or question.
- You are responsible for your life and therefore you are responsible for what suggestions or ideas you take on board and run with. You are also responsible for what you invest in, for ongoing cleaning up.
Section 5 – Terms for Self-Paced Learning Courses
- You purchase and engage in any self-paced learning courses on the basis that they are entirely self-service with no personalised support.
- All content will be provided for the lifetime of the product.
- Content can be updated, changed, or removed at any time without notice.
Section 6 – Terms for Any Other Purchase
- For any other purchase (for example e-books) there is a no refund policy.
Section 7 – Modifications to the Service and Prices
- Prices for our products and Services are subject to change without notice.
- We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
- We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
