Before I experienced the Mace Energy Method, I genuinely believed my life was “good enough.” I’d done so much personal development – coaching, spiritual work, you name it – and I thought I didn’t really have anything major left to resolve. I even felt I had to “find” a problem just to qualify for the sessions as part of the practitioner training!
 
I chose procrastination, something I’d always struggled with as someone with ADHD, even though I had lots of strategies to manage it.
But what happened through those sessions was absolutely beyond what I expected. The procrastination didn’t just improve – it vanished. That feeling of life being hard, of things being overwhelming or too much, just dissolved. Suddenly, everything became lighter, more manageable, even joyful. Tasks that used to feel emotionally heavy – like helping my elderly mum – are now just things to do, with no drama, no stress, no emotional weight.
The most extraordinary shift is in how I feelI’m not trying to live anymore – I am living. There’s no separation between my spiritual self and my day-to-day life. I used to get glimpses of peace and presence during meditation or mindfulness, but now that peace is constant. I feel grounded, energized, and deeply connected to who I really am.
I honestly couldn’t have imagined this level of change. It feels effortless. My creativity is flowing again, my ADHD feels like a superpower, and I’m showing up more fully in my life – especially with my daughters. If you’re on the fence about this work, trust me: even if you think your life is “fine,” it can be so much more. Don’t wait for things to get dire.
