The simple answer – anything you do not like about yourself or your life.
Anything about you, your personality, how you react. Anything about your life that you wish was different. Anything about other people that frustrates you, or intimidates you, or looks wrong.
Here are some examples…
My Before:
Frustration with other people. This is what I first took to Mace. I knew it was really something about me, but it was those people who brilliantly activated it, and made it visible – showing me there was something reactive that I wanted to get rid of in me.
My After:
Response-ability. After this was cleared I was back in charge and responsible for myself. Knowing they were responsible for themselves. I stopped rescuing and moved forward with what was right for me, while also respecting them and their choices.
Since then I’ve had loads more ‘before and after’ delights.
But here are some from a few clients:
Before: Frustrated with husband. “He’s infuriating!”
After: No longer trying to make her husband change. There’s loving respect for herself. And loving respect for him, as he is.
Before: Vigilant…hypervigilant! Always trying to be one step ahead. Get it right.
After: Freedom to experience the new without fear. “What has been truly wonderful is absolutely zero imposter. Zero not good enough. Zero reaction.”
Before: Self doubt. What will they think? Should I say this? is that the right thing to say? Will it upset them?
After: Aligned expression. “I spoke in a way that felt true, and didn’t second guess or feel guilty afterwards.”
Which of these speak to you? Book yourself to get free of it all now.
If not those examples, what’s happening in your life that you don’t like and want to get rid of. Book yourself in now.
I look forward to helping you get free!
Much love, Helen
