I used to spend ages thinking and talking and analysing like this. Figuring out what I was meant to do, or wanted to do. Trying to get as clear as possible so that what I did next would be with as little contracted conditioning as possible. Analysing circumstances to decide if I should say something now, or if this was being created by me. And if it was being created by me then I needed to look at myself a bit more first.
It took alot of time and energy. Alot of self analysis. Alot of inner debate.
