And especially to the ones who are in an exploration for the truth.
Parenting is one of the toughest gigs there is.
Your kids test your believed-till-now ideas at every turn.
They evoke all the unresolved hurts and fears in your system.
They mirror back exactly what state of mind you’re in.
It’s like you’re living with a master spiritual guru who is testing you to wake up and enlighten at every stage of their development.
Think you’ve mastered it…nope…! Along comes the next developmental shift, and the next level of lessons for you!
So I wanted to write and say massive kudos to the parents.
And, an even massive-r kudos to the parents who are also in the exploration of the truth.
You are organising the lives of multiple people. You are doing house-management jobs. You might also have an employed job (in fact this might be your place for a break!).
And so to do all of this AND have the consciousness to improve your experience (and therefore your family’s experience) beyond what is counted as ‘just how it is’ — well — what can I say?
Huge kudos to you.
