How to Leave and Rejoin The Enlightenment Event

If you chose to pay monthly for The Enlightenment Event it means you have the flexibility to join and leave as much as you like, so you get to be in for the months you want. Here are the instructions for how to leave and re-join.

First important step: be on your desktop. This does not work from the app.

To Leave The Enlightenment Event

Select Billing.

Here you will see your active subscriptions.

To cancel a subsctiption click the More actions (three dots) icon beside the subscription and click Cancel.

Then click Confirm cancellation.

Your subscription will then be active until the end of your next billing period, but will not renew on your usual renewal date. At that time your access to the community and the event will end.

To Rejoin The Enlightenment Event

Select Billing.

Here you will see your cancelled subscriptions.

Click the More actions (three dots) icon beside the subscription you wish to restart and click Renew subscription.

You will then be taken to the membership checkout page where you can add your payment information.

Click Pay to complete the checkout process. You will now have access to the The Enlightenment Event again. Note: You may need to logout and back in again after payment is complete to see the change.
