My life when I had a fear of failure

two quotes, one on failure and one on success

Last week I told you how I got it logically that:

  • I didn’t want to overachieve / over-work / over-give – but I still did it
  • I didn’t want to people please to try and keep others happy and liking me – but I still did it
  • I didn’t want to feel resentful when people didn’t do what I thought they should in response to my kind generosity – but I still felt it
  • I didn’t want to stay quiet and appeasing when I was with people who scared me – but I still did it.

In this interview with Gina Gardiner, she invited me to share the full journey of my life. We touched a number of times on the impact of being unconsciously driven from behind the scenes by the fear of failure, and the fear of being wrong.

It’s something that I see for many of my clients, causing them to over-work and put pressure on themselves to do more – do it all!

Sometimes to the point where it’s obsessively unhealthy. But sometimes just run-of-the-mill – I’m doing too much and if I don’t stop something’s going to break.

In my experience of numerous modalities, approaches and practices, nothing gets to the root cause of these problems like the Mace Energy Method (not even awakening).
